UJ Ben joined HQHT in 2021 as a professional trainer. UJ’s knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, motivation and fitness and his focus on form, made him the perfect addition to our team! He has been enamored by the health and wellness field his entire career and takes pride in his continual pursuit of knowledge to help patients further accomplish their goals.
